VYON offers a 7-day return policy, subject to quality-check approval.

We’re happy to offer a return and refund on your order, as long as:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery, and

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Returns are processed after a successful quality check.

1. Return Rules

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Charges

  • Return pickup is available. 

3. Quality Check is Mandatory

We only accept returns if items:

  • Are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Are the same as what was ordered

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Items are used, worn, damaged, or not what was shipped

  • Original tags are missing

  • Wrong/counterfeit items are sent

4. Refund Timelines

  • Return pickup is arranged within 24–48 hours after approval.

  • The product will reach our warehouse in 5–7 days, followed by a quality check.

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated.

  • Overall, the complete return and refund process may take up to 10–15 days from pickup.

  • Once your return passes quality check, we’ll refund the item price or send a replacement.

  • Prepaid orders - will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Important Reminders

  • Ensure you return the correct item. We’re not responsible for incorrect returns.

  • If not collected in 5 days, the item will be discarded.

  • Any item returned incorrectly will be discarded, and no refund will be given.

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received?

Please email us at vyonactivewear@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

7. Abuse of Policy

If we detect a pattern of misuse (frequent returns), we may deny your future requests.

All returns and refunds are subject to Sparkaram Pvt. Ltd. discretion.
