At VYON, we work to ensure that your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order processing

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication channel.

Orders are usually processed within [24 to 72 working hours] from the time of confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and high-volume sale periods.

During product launches, festive sales, or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer than usual.

2. Shipping locations

We currently ship across serviceable locations in India.

Delivery availability may depend on courier partner coverage, pin code serviceability, and operational feasibility.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you to cancel the order and initiate a refund for prepaid orders.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: [3 to 5 working days]

  • Non-metro cities: [5 to 7 working days]

  • Remote locations: [7 to 10 working days]

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather, public holidays, operational delays, or other external factors.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping above a certain order value or during promotional periods. Such offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account dashboard, depending on the details provided at checkout.

You can use the tracking link to check the delivery status of your order.

6. Incorrect or incomplete address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate before placing an order.

VYON will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Delivery attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery as per their standard process. If you are unavailable, the courier partner may contact you or attempt delivery again.

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order, or incorrect contact details, the order may be returned to us.

For prepaid orders returned to us, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping, return, or handling charges, if any.

8. Damaged or tampered package

Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

9. Delayed delivery

While we try our best to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • High order volumes

  • Remote location access

  • Incorrect customer details

  • Operational disruptions

VYON will not be liable for delay caused by courier partners or external events, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

10. Split shipments

In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability, warehouse location, or packaging requirements.

You will receive separate tracking details if your order is split into multiple shipments.
